Peter Thompson, previously a Vice President of Davier Consultants Inc. and President of PT Associates has held Board Level positions in both manufacturing and service industries for over 30 years before entering the Franchise Sector.

As a General Manager of a kitchen textile manufacturer, he was able to turn around a failing business to achieve profitability and record sales within a 2 year period. As a Senior Director of one of the largest Fleet Management Companies in UK, Peter was instrumental in delivering record profits, record sales and introducing industry leading innovations.

As a Consultant based in UK, Peter was approached by Virgin Group of Companies to develop the Virgin brand into the B2B sector. In addition Peter, because of his qualification as an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business (IIB) assisted many SME businesses in sectors such as E Learning, Bodyshop Software Developers, Motor Factors, and Recruitment by mentoring and coaching the owners, developing and implementing sales strategies or facilitating other business requirements.

As a Franchise Consultant based in UK, Peter has developed franchise systems for industries as diverse as builder’s merchants, masonry protection systems, residential care homes and catering.

Since arriving in Canada, Peter has again demonstrated his versatility by working with the largest Global Petroleum Retailer, creating a European strategy for a Canadian QSR and developing both a National and International franchise model for the world’s leading Poker brand. Other sectors represented include clothing, kids’ hairdressing, cosmetics and B2C printing services.
