Over 25 years as President, Managing Director and senior executive of Fortune 500 companies in North America, UK, Europe and Africa.

He successfully launched over 30 new products in Europe and North America, helping companies to achieve their branding and market growth goals. He was responsible for the worldwide product Innovation and growth program for a Global Division of Sara Lee Corp from 1996 to 1999, working at the International HQ in Utrecht NL.

Over many years he has guided businesses in such areas as:
Strategic evaluations and planning
Business strategy, planning and forecasting
Growth programs through product or service Innovation
Organizational design and transformation
Market analysis and Competitive strategy
Product or brand positioning and design

John Holland is a graduate of the University of Cape Town, attended the Executive Development Program at Cranfield University (London UK). He has a Dip Financial Management from Damelin College SA. He is an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business. The IIB is an International research, training and accreditation organization.
